Cancer survivors day

2nd June 2024.
Yesterday was Cancer Survivors Day.
It's a strange phase and I'm not too sure how I feel about it.
But this morning I got up and went for my first solo 7km rung along the beach. And it was beautiful.
Blue skies and the sea so calm.
There was a time I'd do ANYTHING to go outside, let alone run.
And now I have the privilege of doing this.
Grateful every single day.
